After leading the migration of a 32k-page, 7.5k-post website in 22 languages, our founder Nicole Pereira saw just how messy things could get behind the scenes.

HubSpot didn’t make it easy to organize or update so many pages, so Nicole built a robust Google App Script to pull all the content content types into a spreadsheet for easy editing and bulk updating.

This tool saved her client weeks of work and tens of thousands of dollars. It allowed thousands of pages and posts to be updated at one time.

When Nicole shared her solution, others asked for help with their own sites. Her script became the prototype for building Smuves.
