How credits work

One credit per record, per billing cycle. Not per click. Make a hundred changes across ten records and that is ten edit credits, not a hundred.

Fetch credits

The first time you pull a record into Smuves in a billing cycle, that is one fetch credit. Pull it again, refresh it, or let it re-sync after an edit in that same cycle and it costs nothing extra.

Edit credits

The first change you make to a record in a billing cycle is one edit credit. Keep working on that same record and it stays at one, whether you use in-app edit, find and replace, a publish state change, or a Google Sheets import.

Fetch and edit are counted separately

Your fetch allowance and your edit allowance are two different pools. Browsing your content does not eat into what you have left for changes.

Everything resets each cycle

Both counters go back to zero at the start of every billing cycle. Records you touched last cycle are fresh again.

Upgrading never costs you credits

When you move up a plan, the credits you have already used carry over, your new limits apply immediately, and any record you already paid for in that cycle is never charged twice.
